Preventive Women's Healthcare
Women's preventive care is more than a Pap test. A well-woman visit is an opportunity to review overall health, medications, menstrual or menopausal concerns, sexual and reproductive health, recommended screenings, immunizations, lifestyle and personal risk factors. The services recommended at each visit depend on age, medical history and individual needs.

Gynecologic Care
Gynecologic concerns are common, and many are very treatable once properly evaluated. Whether it's heavy or irregular bleeding, pelvic pain, recurring infections, or a condition like fibroids, endometriosis or polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), our team takes time to understand your symptoms and walk through what's causing them and what your options are. An abnormal Pap result, ovarian cyst, or symptoms of prolapse can feel alarming on their own. We're here to help you understand what it actually means for you.

A doula provides non-medical emotional, educational and physical support during pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum recovery. A doula does not diagnose conditions, perform clinical tasks, provide medical treatment or replace a physician, certified nurse-midwife, nurse practitioner or nursing team. Doula support complements medical care and can help families feel informed, supported and confident.
Families contact Lost Coast Doula directly to enroll or schedule. Redwood Women's Center bills for doula services. Availability, eligibility, fees and insurance coverage may vary.
